Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and

Savior Jesus Christ.

As you prepare to lead your congregations in Christmas worship services and birthday

celebrations of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, please be assured that my prayers are

with each and every one of you. May the presence of Jesus Christ, “Wonderful

Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace,” (NRSV Isaiah 9:6) abide

with you and your families, and all the people of God whom God has entrusted to you to

be in ministry and mission. I appreciate each and every one of you and am thankful to

God for your faithful ministry.

May we unite with one another in praying to God to shower the Holy Spirit upon the

entire Global community so that the world may experience the true peace of our Lord

and Savior Jesus Christ.

Prema joins me in wishing you, your families and friends a Merry Christmas and a

blessed New Year.

In Christ’s love,

Sudarshana Devadhar

So, then as we have the opportunity, let us do good to everyone, especially those who are in the household of faith. – Galatians 6:10

But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.

– Hebrews 3:13

You all have been an encouragement to me with the writing of these devotionals.  Thank for taking the time out of your busy life to contribute to this project- you are truly doing good for the family of believers here in Milford.

As I gathered up the writings, I marveled at the way they were delivered; a couple were handwritten, one was typed, most were sent by email, one person called theirs in on the phone, and one arrived burned on disc by snail mail with an additional printed copy in the padded envelope!

The means of delivery was wide and varied, but the message was the same, proclaiming the love of Christ.  Christ has died, Christ has risen, Christ will come again.

These devotionals, written by our family of believers, will enrich your holiday season, that we will come to know one another better and that we will come to know God better.

A double helping of thanks to Jane Ridley, who carried the heavy load of editing & organizing the project.

You are in my prayers, as I know I am in yours.
